Changing My Life With $ 1000 Dollars
I want to be rich and that’s the only thing that I am sure I really desire in this whole life.
Besides who wants to be poor? Growing as a teen in an African country with no adequate facilities wasn’t romantic.
Despite the fact that I grew up in a middle-class income household with my parents having a 9–5 job, I always had that dream that one day,I will live a lavish life with a healthy diet, cars,a super crazy house, an incredible wife, kids, and true friends.
I did my homework, I went to secondary school, studied sciences, and later on went to an engineering school and got a degree, later on, I landed my first job. A computer science instructor in a rural village in a state secondary school. I was paid less than $ 200 dollars. Nonetheless, I was grateful
While working, I was still not satisfied, I thought something was lacking, I just don’t like to be limited. I became frustrated as it didn’t turn out as I expected.
While searching online on the legendary search phrase ‘’How To Become Rich” on YouTube, I had to stumble on a video of a french drop shipper named Leo Guillot, exposing his lavish lifestyle got me thinking, I told myself but wait I deserve this lifestyle, those cars, those hotels and the trips to the Maldives Islands.
How can I become like them? How can I earn money online? Besides my job was becoming boring, I wasn’t motivated anymore whereas I really appreciate sharing knowledge with the young unprivileged. I believe everyone should have equal access to success
An Unusual September
Then one September morning, I saw a little more than 1000 $ in my account, I knew that this was a breakthrough. It’s a kind of money if you actually manage well you may go a thousand miles from your actual position. My first reaction was to spend cause truly I had never had enough money(That’s five times my salary). This money was actually 6 months of unpaid salaries
I had to invest this money, somehow but the fear to mismanage the money was greater than my ability to think of a safe investment for my sudden “overnight” jackpot. I talked to a close friend which didn’t hesitate to recommend the (Digital Marketing Nano degree Course) DMND course
I wanted to do e-commerce but didn’t have the money to pay for a drop shipping course worth $1000 dollars. I really wanted a new job which can help me save a bit of cash, to actually pay for an e-commerce course. I wanted something engaging, challenging, and limited with time.
The DMND was the perfect fit, though an expensive course as compared to many other digital marketing courses. I am currently on my third week on the course, I am learning with the hands-on project from real-life situations with partnership from Facebook, Hubspot, HootSuite, and Moz
I look at beating procrastination, then finish my nano degree in 3 months. Then by the end of the training, I’ll get a remote job with a payroll package up to $60k/ yearly as I will start a new life.
